Had an awesome group trip! We loved checking out Aventura Mall and hitting the Seminole Hard Rock Casino for some fun. The bed was super comfy and the pool area was a chill spot. Easy access to major attractions too.
The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful when we had issues during our stay, which was disappointing.

I really loved my stay, the pool was super clean and relaxing. The lounge area by the BBQ was a nice touch for hanging out. The king room was cozy, and everything was well taken care of. Just a heads-up, the air conditioning could be a bit more consistent, but overall, I’d definitely come back! 😊

The staff here are incredibly friendly. They always greeted me with a smile. The room was well-equipped and cozy, with a comfortable bed perfect for a long rest. I appreciated having a mini fridge to keep my snacks fresh and a microwave in the lobby for reheating my food. I ordered from Uber Eats pretty often, and it was convenient. The location worked well for me, close to several attractions like Dolphin Mall. However, the breakfast options weren't ideal. Even though I paid extra, two out of three mornings, breakfast was unavailable. The air conditioning in my room was noisy, cycling on and off which was a bit disruptive at night. During my stay, I also noted that basic items, like tea and coffee facilities, were not in the room but were rather provided upon request. I think they should make those more readily available. A little more attention to housekeeping could make a significant difference, as I noticed some trash left in the halls for too long. Despite those issues, I'd still consider returning for the overall hospitality and the well-kept property.

I savored some killer local bites at Mondongo's just a hop away—those platos de comida were fire! The breakfast at the hotel was also legit, with a chef who was all about connecting with guests. And guess what? The Standard King Room was a cozy retreat after indulging in all that Miami flavor.

Comfortable stay with some hiccups
Had a decent time here. The shuttle service was super helpful, but it took ages to figure it out. Plus, my room felt a bit outdated, and the TV was acting up. The restaurant next door was a nice option for grabbing a bite. Overall, it was a mixed bag but not too shabby.

Not suitable for anyone who values cleanliness
The front desk staff were very nice and offered to switch my room, which made me feel somewhat welcomed. I did find the bed moderately comfortable for my sleep-deprived state, but honestly, that was just about it.
It wasn’t cheap but the experience felt unacceptable overall.
